In and out of some pregnancies, pre and post labor and delivery and now quarantine with two children and what I love most about Sarah’s classes is I feel like the hard work kind of sneaks up on you. You don’t really see it coming and you’re kind of doing some pretty, seamless fabulous move and it becomes really challenging. I’m always sore. I always feel longer and stronger after. I’m a huge fan of Sarah and The SSN Method. I’ve been a pretty serious athlete my whole life but nothing ever in the way of dance or anything pretty and I just wanted to do something different.

The transformation in my body - which we never even discussed is incredible. I don’t necessarily keep track of my weight but I literally lost 30-40 pounds without it ever coming up in conversation. I joke with her that I feel 2 inches smaller and 2 inches taller after every session. Sarah is the embodiment of just being free and feeling good in your son - feeling like you can do anything.

Now that I’m in my third trimester, I feel like I’ve really been activating and mobilizing muscles that I’ll need to use in labor. To know that I have gotten to this stage of my pregnancy and I’m still able to do things that I was able to do before I was pregnant in my home using only things I already have reminds me that this program can help anyone get through a difficult time. She helps remind me how my body is supposed to work.

Before working with Sarah I felt slow, bogged down, clunky... I was running and skiing and hiking. I stretched minimally. No real physical pain/challenges other than not being happy with how my body felt. Since working with Sarah I feel longer and leaner and stornger, and more confident in my own skin. I especially feel this after a session (even 30 minutes!). I am always surprised by Sarah's "sneak attack" methods which get me every time in the best way.

Working with Sarah is amazing. She’s able to up level your practice in ways that you maybe haven’t even imagined. She took some of my yoga poses from one level to the next in ways that I really didn’t think I would be able to do. And in a short amount of time she helped me to break things down in simple steps and achieve it. Which is outstanding. To think that you’re able to put the time in and get the results that you really want and crave and see your body move and feel in ways that you can only dream of is magical. Sarah’s magical. So don’t hesitate. Take one of her classes like, yesterday because she is literally that good.

Since working with Sarah, my whole body has changed! Besides looking leaner and feeling stronger, I am able to move more freely within my body! I can lengthen my whole body in ways that were not possible before. The way that I carry my own body has changed so much! I admit, at first, I was wary of what results I could accomplish with a 30-minute virtual pilates session but the results have been unreal! You realize just how much your own body can accomplish with the guidance of a skilled instructor on the other side of the camera!

Sarah has a gift! Her ability to coach people is unmatched! The movements seem subtle but they are extremely effective! I love the way Sarah coaches students through small adjustments, always positive with genuine belief, encouragement and excitement. My favorite part is how completely blissed out I feel afterwards, the added movement, the mental clarity and the overall feeling of accomplishment.
